The Death of Xolradas

Xolradas reared his head with a great inhale and then a thick acrid cloud of poison spewed from its vicious maw. The air around the group became a thick grey-green cloud of poison that burned their lungs. He beat his great wings and the wind sent several members of group tumbling to the ground. Argus was still on the creatures back when it took flight, the creature tried to shake the barbarian off but Argus held on. Morthos, Rayla, and Norbert attacked with spells that seemed to have little effect on the dragon. Argus steadied himself and slammed Rojakiin into the dragon's neck opening a massive wound.

From below Leomarvis and Bob fired arrows at Xolradas, some hit while many bounced off of the dragon's scales. Xolradas dove towards the group and once again let a blast of his poison breath fill the air. Kimeren cast healing spells to keep the group standing but she could not heal them fast enough. Norbert fell to the ground almost dead but the coin from Xergomorgoplex revived him.

The dragon rolled and this time Argus fell off of his back, fortunately Xolradas was at the bottom of his decent when he fell off. The dragon started to rise again and the group's casters assaulted him with spells again. Then Morthos command spell managed to work and he commanded the dragon to land. Xolradas landed and Argus once again hit the creature with a hard blow while the rangers hit it with arrows. Rayla and Norbert continued hit with spells. The dragon now badly wounded opened it's mouth for another blast of poison but as he reared back Morthos was ready and cast a cloud of daggers inside the creatures mouth. The dragon died, and the beaten and battered group let out a massive sigh of relief. They were all badly injured and near death, but the battle was over.
