Program Registration Request

To register for our regular programming please fill out the form below. Spots in the program are based on available openings, and will be offered in the order requests are received. Currently our youth program is for youth ages 13-18. We also have an adult program for those 19+.

We have had requests for programming for a younger age group and are considering offering programming for youth 10-12. We will accept requests for registration for this age group, and will offer spots in any future programming based on the order that the request is received.
